Who we are
Littles is made by Elated Ltd, 95 St Johns Road, Westcliff-on-Sea, SS0 7JY, United Kingdom. Elated Ltd is the data controller (the business that decides what information is collected and why, and is legally responsible for it).

What this policy covers
This policy covers the Littles iPhone app and this website, littlestracker.com.
The short version
- Littles holds your account details, your baby's details, and the feeding, sleep and nappy entries you log, so it can show them back to you and keep them backed up.
- Two other companies ever see any of it: Supabase, which hosts the database, and Apple, through Sign in with Apple. Nobody else does.
- It is kept for as long as your account exists, and deleted when you delete your account.
- You can delete everything yourself, at any time, in Settings → Delete account.
- Littles shows no adverts, sells nothing to anyone, and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind — on the app or on this website.
What information we hold

An Apple sign-in refresh token, kept on our server. This is a secret Apple gives the app at sign-in that proves you are still signed in. It is stored on our server, readable only by the service itself and by no app user. The only thing it is ever used for is cancelling your sign-in with Apple when you delete your account, which is what Apple's own technical guidance for Sign in with Apple requires.
Littles does not have shared-family accounts, invitations, or paid subscriptions in this version, so we do not hold any information relating to those.
Your baby's details are entered by you
Your baby does not use Littles and has no account of their own. You enter their details as their parent or carer. That information is held and used only to show you your own records about your own baby. It is deleted with your account.
We ask for your baby's sex because the app uses it in its own display and profile logic — it is not used for advertising or profiling of any kind.
How we collect it
There are three ways we collect information, and no others:
- What you type into the app.
- What the app records when you use a timer to log a feed or a sleep.
- What Sign in with Apple gives us when you sign in.
There is no tracking, no third-party advertising identifiers, and no data bought from anyone.
What we use it for, and our legal basis
"Lawful basis" (sometimes "legal basis") is the reason the law allows us to hold a piece of information. Here is ours, purpose by purpose.

Who else handles it
Two companies handle your information on our instructions, as processors (suppliers handling the information on Elated Ltd's instructions): Supabase, which hosts our database, and Apple, through Sign in with Apple. Both provide the same or equal protection of your data as this policy states.
Cloudflare, which hosts this website, also handles the support email address in transit, forwarding it to an inbox we already use.
Nobody else receives your data. It is never sold, rented, or used for advertising.
Where it is stored
Our database runs on Supabase, in their region eu-west-3 (Paris, France) — inside the EEA (European Economic Area — the countries the UK's data-protection rules treat as offering equivalent protection). The UK's own rules already recognise the EEA as adequate, so no separate transfer safeguard is needed.
This website itself is served from Cloudflare's network of servers, which is a different thing from where the database lives.
How long we keep it, and how to delete it
We keep your information for as long as your account exists. You can delete it at any time, in the app, at Settings → Delete account. That deletes your cloud account data and then clears the copy kept on your phone. It also cancels the Apple sign-in token described above.
This is also how you withdraw consent for anything that relies on it: deleting your account removes everything.
Your rights
Under UK data-protection law, you have the right to:
- Access — ask us what information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your information (or do it yourself in Settings).
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your information.
- Objection — object to how we use your information.
- Portability — ask for a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent — where consent is our basis for holding something, withdraw it at any time.
To use any of these rights, write to support@littlestracker.com. We respond within one month.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from any other company. It downloads no fonts at all and uses only the typefaces already installed on your own device. The app itself contains no advertising or analytics software.
Automated decisions
Littles makes no automated decisions about you and does no profiling.
Children
Littles is used by an adult caregiver, requires Sign in with Apple, and is not designed for or directed at children, who cannot themselves use it. This is our position rather than a formal legal ruling.
Do you have to give us this information
You need an account to use Littles. Your baby's date of birth drives the age and day-total features, so it is required. Birth weight and birth length are optional.
How to complain
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, write to us first at support@littlestracker.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (the UK regulator for data protection) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. Complaining to us first is not required.
Changes to this policy
If we change how Littles handles your information, we update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
